How long is the Promotional Entry Period?

The promotion starts at 12:01am (AEST) on 30/07/24 and ends at 11:59pm (AEST) on 30/09/24.

 

Where is the promotion running?

In all participating Petstock Group retail stores (within Australia) or online at petstock.com.au or mypetwarehouse.com.au during the Promotion Period.

 

Which products are part of the promotion? 

Purchase any of the following products:

  • Credelio™ PLUS 6 pack, or
  • Credelio™ PLUS 3 pack, or
  • Credelio™ PLUS 1 pack, or
  • Advocate™ 6 pack, or
  • Advocate™ 3 pack, or
  • Advocate™ 1 pack, or
  • Seresto™ 1 pack

     

 

How can I enter the promotion?

During the promotion period:

  1. Purchase any of the products listed above from a participating retailer
  2. Visit www.elancopromo.com.au and enter your personal details (including Name, Postcode, Email Address, Mobile) 
  3. Upload a photo or scanned copy of your receipt as proof of purchase for the participating product/s bought (make sure date of purchase, product name and Retailer name is visible on the uploaded image)
  4. Click ‘Start Digging!’
    You’ll then find out instantly on screen if you’re a Provisional winner of an instant prize (all winners are subject to verification). You will also automatically be entered into the draw for the Major Prize.

 

What can I win?

There is a total of 40 x $250 Petstock physical Gift Cards to be won instantly. Each instant prize is awarded randomly throughout the promotional period.

 

PLUS, there is 1x Major Prize of AUD$10,000 awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer (EFT), which will be drawn at the end of the promotional period.

 

When will the major prize draw take place?

The major draw will take place on 3 October 2024 at 11.00am (AEST).

The winner will be contacted by email within 2 business days of this date and published here on 8 October 2024.

 

How long until my Petstock Gift Card arrives?

Provisional winners of an instant prize will first need to be validated before the prize is awarded. Once the entry has been deemed as valid, an email will be sent notifying the winner and requesting for delivery address to be confirmed.

The physical Gift Card will then be sent via standard post to the nominated mailing address.

Who can enter?

Entry is open to Australian residents who are aged 18 years and over, and who fulfil the entry requirements. If you’re under 18 years old, you must have a parent/guardian enter for you.

 

What proof of purchase do I need?

You must keep purchase receipt(s) for all your entries made during the promotion period as proof of purchase. Failure to produce this proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of your entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.

Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the promotion period, but prior to you submitting an entry.

 

I’ve lost my receipt / I didn’t receive a receipt when I made my purchase. How can I enter this promotion? 

Unfortunately, you cannot enter the promotion without a valid receipt.

It is your responsibility to request a receipt from a member of staff at the time of purchase. 

 

How many times can I enter?

You can enter multiple times subject to:

  1. only 1 entry is permitted per each qualifying transaction (regardless of the number of eligible products that you purchased in that transaction);
  2. only 1 entry is permitted per person per day; 
  3. a maximum of 2 entries permitted per person during the promotion period.
